Everybody wants to keep the teeth strongly in our routine daily life. Let's see if the teeth should be healthy enough to take any food!

Apple : It contains high doses of water and fiber. They remove the remnants of the food items that are tied between the teeth. In their mouths, salad is a great way to eat apple juice. It protects the food from sugar, acids and harmful bacteria that lead to dental benefits.


Cheese : It is rich in calcium and protein. These nutrients are strong in the teeth of the teeth.


Water : If you want clean, strong teeth ... Healthy gleaming ... But take more drink fresh water every day. It keeps your mouth and teeth clean.


Leafy vegetables/ greens: Most of these are available from calcium. It helps to keep the enamel rigid.

Almond : These include calcium and protein strength. The sugar content is also low. The saliva is also made in the mouth by eating it well. You like eating almonds directly or drink almonds juice. Proteins are also directly available from these.
