Everybody wants
to keep the teeth strongly in our routine daily life. Let's see if the teeth
should be healthy enough to take any food!
Apple : It contains high doses of water and
fiber. They remove the remnants of the food items that are tied between the
teeth. In their mouths, salad is a great way to eat apple juice. It protects
the food from sugar, acids and harmful bacteria that lead to dental benefits.
Cheese : It is rich in calcium and protein. These
nutrients are strong in the teeth of the teeth.
Water : If you want clean, strong teeth ... Healthy
gleaming ... But take more drink fresh water every day. It keeps your mouth and
teeth clean.
Leafy vegetables/ greens: Most of these are available from
calcium. It helps to keep the enamel rigid.
